Café & Boutique
An open timber hall on the Abrir finca, where the kitchen cooks what the garden grows, the honey is pulled from hives a short walk away, and every seat ends at the lake. Sourdough baked for the sandwiches, gluten-free bread on hand, espresso done properly.

The boutique & the hives
The name on the door is earned a hundred metres away, where our hives work the pollinator gardens. The boutique shelves carry that honey — along with pollen, preserves and local craft — and when the season allows, we walk visitors out to meet the bees themselves.
